EYFON | European Youth Forum Neumarkt

 |  SZ-Ybbs  |

Five students (Christian Zhang, Kilian Kneissl, Thomas Kolar, Felix Radinger, Mayer Julia) were invited to Neumarkt/Styria to develop their own ideas about Europe and its future.

Getting to know the history and the functions of the EU as well as sustainability were also an essential part during this seminar week. While visiting the local beekeeper we learned about the bees’ habits, the different kinds of bees and most importantly: how important they are.

External speakers and a selected leisure program helped the students from Austria, Sweden, and Slovenia to get to know each other and strengthen their team building. Various games like building a soapbox challenged them to work together and helped them to bond, too.

Overall are the students very grateful they had the chance to be part of this seminar week.
